This refund and returns policy provides all customers with a guarantee of a full refund if the product is returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you need to return all the items supplied in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and you should receive those funds to your account within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days, please double check your account before contacting us.
Occasionally refunds may take longer to process – this is always out of our control but we will be able to provide details of when we actioned your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item please send the details of the item to contact@futuretravellers.co.uk.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email contact@futuretravellers.co.uk to obtain a returns number and a delivery address for your returned product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are due to receive a refund, but do not pay for the actual cost of the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
