Following many long discussions about improving the ease of travel, the idea for Future Travellers was created in a backpackers hostel in January 2023. Having met hundreds of backpackers, we found that there were a recurring list of essential items that are always useful, but often forgotten from carefully packed backpacks.

Following a long discussion with friends about improving the ease of travel, the idea for Future Travellers was quite literally born in a hostel kitchen in Sydney in January 2023. Over a year of researching, designing, exploring and learning later, we launched our Backpacker Starter Kit in March 2024.
