We take pride in providing high-quality products and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. The complete backpacker starter kit must be returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once the return has been received and checked your payment will be refunded in full and should reach your account within 5 days.
We are only able to deliver items to UK postal addresses. Delivery is free for orders over £50. Your order will usually be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, and you should receive the delivery within 3-4 working days from ordering. A signature is not required at the time of delivery.
We accept all major card payment methods (excluding American Express). When processing your order via the Future Travellers website you can enter the card payment details direct on our secure payments page, or use ApplePay, GooglePay.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that the item has been dispatched, and the email will also have a code and a link which you can click to track your order.
